1 ) You can place an order by emailing us at (sales@jyetech.com ) stating the product part number and the quantities required. Together with your email please let us know your shipping address and which shipping option you would prefer (see below) so that we can calculate shipping costs.

2 ) We will email you a Performa Invoice with the price and calculated shipping cost.

4 ) Once we have notification from PayPal of your payment we will ship your purchase within 3 - 5 working days (typically). For courier options, a tracking number will be provided as soon as it is available.

Generally there are two shipping options available: - Registered air mail or courier (DHL, UPS, EMS, etc). Registered air mail is cheaper. It is charged per 10g and starts from $3 including handling fees. For a small weight it is very economical but could take up to 2 - 3 weeks to arrive.

If you choose the courier shipping option, please check the availability of the selected service in your area before placing orders. Some courier companies may charge an extra fee for certain areas.

We provide free replacements for goods that are proved to be faulty. In cases where an item needs to be returned for exchange, the customer is required to obtain an RMA number from us first via email, and is expected to pay the return shipping cost. We will reimburse this cost later upon verification of the faulty product.

Customers are expected to pay any duties and taxes charged by their countries. Customers are also expected to pay any extra fees that may be charged by couriers.
